Sunday uNIVERSITY BIBLE STUDY Classes

During the SUMMER (June 1 -- August 17, 2008) we will have SUMMER FREEDOM (Sunday University Bible Study) on Sunday evenings at 6:00 p.m. in Room A200.  Join us for free food, Bible study, and hangout out time.  Come check it out!  Below is a list of summer classes available.  
 
Learning to Use God's Word
Teacher - Dwayne Credor - Room A206 
Looking for the right answers?  This will be a round-table type discussion class where we'll learn to use God's Word for the right answers. 

Lies Women Believe (Ladies Only)
Teacher - Jenn Straznicky - Room A202 
In this class we'll discuss common lies that women believe and how to walk in the Truth that will set us free.  Some of the lies include lies about God, sin, priorities, marriage, circumstances, and emotions.  Walking in these Truths will allow us to have greater intimacy with the Lord and serve Him in a greater capacity.  

Missions Prayer
Teacher - Marylyn Kenney- Room A204 
In this class we'll spend time praying each week over fellow students and friends who are taking the Gospel to the nations.  We'll be praying for students in the College Ministry here who are serving in churches, camps, and as missionaries abroad.  Many will be sharing the Gospel with people who do not believe and are in very spiritually dark places.  Let's do our part in taking the Gospel and glory of God to the nations!

Timothy to Paul (Men's Class)
Teacher - Ryan Jouett - Room A203 
In this class we'll discover how to grow as a man in Christ.

The Cross of Christ
Teacher- Mark Straznicky - Room A201 
This class will follow John Stott's book, The Cross of Christ.  We will study how we are to approach the cross, the heart of the cross, the achievement of the cross, and how we are to live under the cross.
