After the corporate time, students break up into a variety of Bible studies led by adults in the church and college ministry staff. While some provide expositional teaching through a book of the Bible, others are topical or geared towards a specific audience like women or freshmen. You can enjoy the variety of options and freedom of choice that this format provides.
Logos
Logos is our small group ministry. The cornerstone of every Logos group is the weekly small group Bible study that meets in the home of a church family. Because students are often busy, they can select the night of the week that best fits their schedule.
Logos groups are more than just weekly small group Bible studies. They are the key to building community among our students. As groups socialize throughout the week and interact with church families, Logos helps to shrink the size and feel of a large college ministry.
Logos groups also carry out ministry activities. Groups regularly participate together in a variety of opportunities including inner city evangelism, service projects, and campus evangelism. Logos culminates each fall with a weekend Disciple Now that includes excellent speakers, impacting worship and small group fellowship (all while eating lots of food).
Ministry Team
Ministry Team provides student volunteers the opportunity to plan and implement what we do as a ministry. These servant leaders enable us to provide an incredible breadth & depth of ministry outlets. Ministry team leaders are encouraged to build a team to assist them in their area of ministry.
Our desire is that we will raise up students in this ministry who love the local church and operate in it as fully functioning members of the body of Christ. We long to help students discover where their spiritual gifts, natural abilities, and passions intersect and then provide them with outlets to serve in that area.
